MISSION STATEMENT:     The mission of Monahans Main Street Association is to promote and encourage growth and pride in the Monahans Central Business District, through beautification, restoration and community participation, thereby creating a thriving core to the community.

Downtown Monahans is a work in progress as an official downtown revitalization and historic preservation program.  Our Association strives to strengthen the economic base by creating a pleasurable shopping experience for residents and visitors and marketing the image of downtown.  Since being designated by the Texas Historical Commission, property owners in the Central Business District of Monahans have reinvested over one million dollars in renovations to the historical downtown.  We invite you to visit downtown Monahans and the growing number of Gift, Antique, Specialty Shops and Restaurants.
